Between two sizes? Go up.
Leather gives a little as you wear it, but it will not gain a half size. The larger pair almost always ends up the better one.

Feet swell a few millimeters over the course of a day. Stand on a sheet of paper, trace your foot, measure heel to longest toe, then match that number to the size chart above.
Wide feet or high arches?
Go up half a size. These are built on a standard D width.
